Strategy and operations consultant with 10+ years helping financial institutions, public agencies and global organizations modernize how they work, and how they win.

As a Managing Consultant in Guidehouse's Financial Services practice, Alex owned engagement delivery, project management and product build oversight for financial services and public sector clients, managed and won proposals, and delivered account expansion into new clients and service lines.

His work runs from operating model and process design to applied AI in regulated environments, go-to-market strategy and the change management that carries all three into daily practice.

Alex leads every engagement personally. Where specialist skills are needed, the firm brings in a small network of trusted independent practitioners rather than staffing a pyramid.
